The IDEAS4WOMEN project aims to improve digital literacy and industry-related skills among underemployed women in rural areas in Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Greece. It plans to train vulnerable women in four or more topics related to essential skills and technologies through hybrid/blended learning from 01/10/2023 to 01/11/2024. The project will identify the areas where vulnerable women need help through research and create multilingual educational material adapted for physical and hybrid learning. It will engage industry and academia stakeholders to gather insights, conduct face-to-face and online workshops, and gather feedback to improve the material. The project will also create an online platform to host the educational content for at least two years after the project ends.
